This is the story I call the "(L)awful Injustice of Willie Nash" - a 39-year-old father of three who was sentenced to 12 years in jail because he he possessed his cell phone on him in a correctional facility after being booked on a misdemeanour charge. I call it "(L)awful" because the sentencing is both awful, yet lawful in that it complies with the letter of the law. Enjoy the podcast. And share away.

Pivoting from the recent judgment in the Akilah, Obviously vs. Carl Benjamin (i.e Sargon of Akkad) lawsuit, we talk about the nuances of the solicitor-client relationship. Does the client follow the lawyer's advice? Or does the lawyer follow the client's instructions? My thoughts, insights, and a little pop culture knowledge for those who are not totally immersed in the YouTube world. Enjoy! Share! And know the vlawg.
